HUNTING PAV-BHAJI

After relishing the Keema Pav the other day, I was craving to eat the vegetarian version of it i.e the famous PAV BHAJI!! While in college a plate used to cost only Rs.15, but now I was pretty shocked to find prices ranging from Rs.50-Rs.80+ per plate ( consisting the bhaji and 2 pavs ). I hunted shops to find if I could get anything less than that. My bad luck I had to settle for the Rs.50 plate. Oddly, I found the Keema Pav much cheaper. Strange! More cheaper ones would be the street vendors - whom I generally avoid.

This was from another shop :-)

Decided to bring some of the bhaji home too :-)

PAV BHAJI

While the Keema or minced lamb is darker, the bhaji is more reddish and comprises of potatoes, cauliflowers, peas, tomatoes and onions - all mashed good!
