MAKING OF A DOSA ON DOSA NIGHTS - PART 2

Yes, so the Dosa hopping continues, through various lanes and bylanes of Amchi Bambai. The price of the Masala Dosas differ too, in different stalls.


So, why are all these snacks glaring at you? Well, being a fast food stall, there were all kinds of mouth-watering eatables ~ from pani-puri, pav-bhaji, sev-puri, dahi-puri et all. So, these were obvious too. Anyways, without wasting anymore time lets look below now :-)

BURP! After finishing what do I do next? Yeah, go Dosa hunting all over again \:D/

MAKING OF A DOSA ON DOSA NIGHTS - PART 1

I never get tired of seeing Dosas. In my forever hunt of food-stalls in and around Bombay ( and everywhere else ), I came across this one ( a south-indian stall ), that had not one but three dosas being made, at one go. I could only ogle with my mouth watering. And the Dosa comes at Rs.35/-



Can't help but notice the yummy n crispy Vadas nearby :-)


On my plate at last. Took a quick peek into someone else's plates as well.

SAVED BY TIBBS FRANKIE

Well...well...I must've said thousand of times, cooking and me don't go together. I do manage to make something edible, like the simple chappati/bhaji/omlette below. But still, at the end of the day, I need bahar ka khana just like Tibbs to save my day :| The Tibbs Frankie near my place, costs a bomb, though comes in different interesting fillings. I bought 2 - Veg @55/- Chicken @75/-




Bahar ka khana definitely wins in taste :p

CHEESELESS HOMEMADE CRUNCHY CORN PIZZA

This is not a cooking blog. I post many food pictures and reviews on it, but avoid posting any recipes ( unless someone wants to share a really unusual one ). But this I got to share. And its my own creation. A Cheese-less pizza. Can you imagine pizza without cheeze? No, right? Well, here's one :-)


I use the pizza base, pizza sauce and tartar sauce. And that's it! I layer the two sauces, one on top of the other. And then comes the corns.


Corns - More the merrier and crunchier. I add a heap and then push it inside my Kenstar Oxy Frier!


10 minutes, and its ready. I sprinkle the chilli flakes and oregano seasoning. And next moment, its inside my tummy :D

HOMEBAKED CAKE, PIZZA AND SOME FRENCH FRIES

I'm a big time foodie, but one who hates cooking. Yes, I love it more when others cook and I simply get to eat. Though I know a few things to make ( see my earlier post ), I mostly keep away from the kitchen. However, funnily I ended up buying quite a few kitchen appliances recently from flipkart. Among them, one was Kenstar Oxy Frier. And you can see me experimenting away already.




So, made the normal cake first; then tried chocolate version ( included preparation pic too )! Slurrp!
